This event is a regional event open to Citizens of our Regional Council's 7 County area. The event is sponsored by the Regional Council and will have a preparedness awareness theme. The event is in its ninth year of existance. This will be the second year of sponsoship by Our Regional Citizen Corps Council. Anticipated attendance will be in the neighborhood of 1,300 Seniors, disabled individuals, normal shoppers, Caregivers, and Agency representatives operating a variety of informational booths. Additionally, Emergency Services Agencies from across the region will set up and operate equipment displays and provide demonstrations outside of the Mall. The Executive Director of KOHS will attend and has agreed to speak.
