During or after a disaster, the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) may be activated and CERT members that participate in this training may be contacted to provide support to Cobb EMA by answering incoming calls from victims. This course will be presented by Lanita Lloyd of the expectations while working in the EOC, managing phone calls, and documenting and disbursing information.
