Program Abstract: Drug and alcohol dependence. Mental disorders. Alone, each is a disease that wreaks havoc on the lives of millions in this country, and both require intensive treatment. When afflicted with these diseases simultaneously, the result can be even more debilitating for an individual. This web cast will examine the issues and promising practices associated with treating individuals with co-occurring and co-existing disorders.
