The U.S. Election Assistance Commission has published Administrative Complaint Procedures for each state in the Federal Register as required by the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA). Depending on how they were submitted by the states, these procedures were published either as contained in the state plans, or subsequently in separately published stand alone documents.
