Regulation IX and X Information
Regulations IX, New Source Performance Standards, and X,
National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants were adopted by
reference to the appropriate section of the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR). These
regulations are periodically updated to reflect actions published in the Federal Register
(FR) by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Copies of the referenced CFR or FR can be obtained by contacting the U.S.
Government Printing Office Bookstore.
