This is a comment on Part 1, Chapter 3.3.9-A, dated 2008/02/28 10:54:34.331 US/Eastern

Certain types of speech should not be permitted. For example, I should be able to say "Yes" or "No" to candidates spoken to me (in random order), but I should not be able to say "George Bush", as someone would be able to hear me say that.
