ME's Usability completes courses in Usabaility 101 and Writing for the Web
ME’s Usability Solutions Group conducted two very popular courses in Usability 101 and Writing
for the Web. Dr. Hal Miller-Jacobs of HFI discussed implementing usability engineering principles
into your site through lecture, discussions and stimulating exercises. Dr. Janice "Ginny" Redish,
explained the importance of Web content and how to plan, organize, write and design useful and

GSA OGP Hosts Demo of Sun Ray Technology Smart Card and Thin Client Technology
OGP hosted a demo to 21 representatives of the various GSA offices of the Chief Information Officer,
Federal Technology Service, Public Building Service, and its Remote Access and Telework teams. The demo
presented challenging new information technology architecture from Sun computer who provided inexpensive
thin client computers secured by Smart Cards. There was a vigorous question and answer session by GSA
