In a continuing effort to expand the range
of services we provide to U.S. companies, the
Advocacy Center entered into a Memorandum of
Understanding on July 30, 2004 with the Private
Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO) to mobilize
financial support for American exporters competing
against foreign firms for overseas projects
and procurements. The MOU between the Advocacy
Center and PEFCO will greatly enhance the services
of both entities by providing Advocacy Center
clients in need of financing with direct access
to PEFCO's capital liquidity.
PEFCO is a unique, private, for-profit corporation
dedicated to assisting American manufactures
and service providers by providing U.S. dollar
loans to foreign importers who purchase goods
and services of United States manufacture or
origin.
