 Effective immediately, the following Port of Export codes have been REMOVED from 
               AES.

               3601       Duluth, MN
               3608       Superior, WI
               3602       Ashland, WI
               3903       Omaha, NE 
               3907       Des Moines, IA
             

 Effective immediately, the following Port of Export codes have been ADDED to AES.

 Port Code   Description
                 
               3510       Duluth, MN-Superior, WI
               3511       Ashland, WI
               3512       Omaha, NE
               3513       Des Moines, IA
