Spotlights - On July 31, 2008, the Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 Final Rule display copy was posted to the CMS web site. In the Final Rule, CMS included 10 categories of conditions for the Hospital-Acquired Conditions payment provision.
