Welcome to Albuquerque Code Enforcement.  The City of Albuquerque has combined Zoning Enforcement and Housing Code Enforcement to improve response to customer complaints and increase the amount of proactive enforcement the City of Albuquerque can perform. Albuquerque Code Enforcement Division is responsible for administering and implementing City codes and ordinances, including the Comprehensive City Zoning Code. Directional bandit sign usage in the City's right of ways is illegal. The City has increased the fine associated with bandit signs to $500.00 per sign, per day.
