Report Illegal Dumping to Storm Drains

Storm drains and arroyos are for transporting rain water from the city streets to the river. Dumping any pollutants to storm drains and arroyos is illegal and a violation of the Clean Water Act. To report illegal dumping, fill out this form or call the storm drain hot line at (505) 768-3003.
