Family Support 360
Does your child have a disability?Do you have questions about what services are available for your child?
If you answered YES to these questions, Family Support 360 can help you!
Family Support 360 is for families who have children with disabilities. We are here to answer questions, provide information and support you as you try to figure out how "the system" works. Family Support 360 is a new program located in the Harambee Center.
You can drop-in at the Harambee Center to talk with staff, visit the resource center or call us with any questions. Staff is also available to come to your home if that is better for you. There is no cost for this.
- Some of the things we can help with include:
- Getting services through Medical Assistance
- Finding ways to help your child get around at home or in the community
- Finding childcare
- Summer activities
- Learning more about working with schools
- Equipment your child needs or to help you care for your child (bathing, eating, getting around)
- Finding other parents who have a child with disabilities
- Getting information on disabilities or services for your child
- Helping coordinate services
If you have questions about anything related to your child with disabilities call us at 608-261-9139 and ask for Jamie or Erin.
