Service Delivery Reform Report
Draft Report and Responses
The May 15, 2001, Draft Service Delivery Reform (SDR) report is based upon the comments of the SDR committee received at its March 15, 2001, meeting and written comments received by the Department of Developmental Services as of March 30, 2001.
All statements and recommendations were reviewed and the Department issued its response to the Service Delivery Reform Committee. Significant components of the Draft Report include: Values and Principles, Personal Outcomes, Quality Enhancement, Performance Measures, Personnel Model, Service Requirements and Modeled Rate Systems.
Note: Individual responses and the Center for Health Policy Studies report are not included in this publication of the report.
