Telecommunication Equipment
for Wisconsin Residents with Disabilities
The Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program (TEPP) helps people
with disabilities purchase equipment necessary for access to essential, basic telephone
service.
In 1993, the Wisconsin legislature created the Universal
Service Fund (exit DHS)
to assure that all Wisconsin residents can make use of telecommunication services
affordably and equally. The program, which is supported by funds from all Wisconsin
telephone service providers, includes TEPP and other consumer opportunities.
For complete TEPP information and application materials, visit the Public
Service Commission TEPP website (exit DHS).
