Family to Family Survey
Family to Family Network is conducting a very brief survey to gather data on our programs & services and to determine how long people stay connected with our organization once they learn about us. We would really appreciate your feedbackÊregardless of the levelÊof your interaction with Family To Family Network. Even if you just get the e-list or newsletter, we would likeÊyour input.
The survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete (15 multiple choice questions).
