Working closely with ENERGY STAR partner Servidyne Systems, Douglas Emmett has measured the energy performance of 43 buildings and, in addition to demonstrating overall top performance with an average rating of more than 75, has increased energy efficiency by six percent and earned the ENERGY STAR label for 14 office buildings.
