Clients of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Office for the Blind, Independent Living Centers, Projects with Industry, or an employment program:

·         Have you been denied vocational rehabilitation (VR) services to which you believe you are entitled?

·         Have you been determined to be ineligible for VR services
and do not agree with that determination?

·         Are you experiencing undue delay in the processing of a VR
application or services requested from the above-referenced program?

KyCAP


KyCAP can assist you with these concerns,
and any other concerns you may have concerning your case. 

KyCAP can:

·         Inform you of benefits available from rehabilitation,
independent living, and other state and federal programs.

·         Help you to understand vocational rehabilitation eligibility requirements.

·         Assist in improving communication between you and your counselor.

·         Advocate on your behalf to try to resolve issues you may have regarding your case.

Individuals with disabilities who have an issue arising under Title I of the ADA

All CAP services if the problem is also connected to a service they are receiving or seeking from a program funded under the Act.  If the problem is not connected to a services they are receiving or seeking from a program funded under the Act, they are only eligible to receive information and referral services about their rights and services available under the Act and Title I of the ADA

Individuals with disabilities who are not client or client applicants of programs funded under the Act

Only information and referral services from KyCAP regarding their rights and benefits available under the Act and Title I of the ADA

All individuals in the State

Only information from KyCAP about CAP
