The jurisdictional area represents the state, county or city in which an alleged incident of employment discrimination took place.

The Phoenix District Office has jurisdiction over the States of Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming; and the State of New Mexico Counties of Bernalillo, Catron, Chaves, Cibola, Colfax, Curry, De Baca, Guadalupe, Harding, Lincoln, Los Alamos, McKinley, Mora, Quay, Rio Arriba, Roosevelt, Sandoval, San Juan, San Miguel, Santa Fe, Socorro, Taos, Torrance, Union and Valencia.

Albuquerque Area Office

The Albuquerque Area Office has jurisdiction over the State of New Mexico Counties of Bernalillo, Catron, Chaves, Cibola, Colfax, Curry, De Baca, Guadalupe, Harding, Lincoln, Los Alamos, McKinley, Mora, Quay, Rio Arriba, Roosevelt, Sandoval, San Juan, San Miguel, Santa Fe, Socorro, Taos, Torrance, Union and Valencia.

Denver Field Office

The Denver Field Office has jurisdiction over the States of Colorado and Wyoming.
