Medical Transportation

Program/Service description Medical Transportation provides transportation to health care appointments for persons 60 years old and older who live in New Castle County but outside the city limits of Wilmington.

Who is eligible Persons 60 years old and older who have no other means of transportation to get to physicians, clinics, or other health care facilities in New Castle County
