JARC Reporting Requirements

FTA intends to post the JARC FY 04 web-based electronic data reporting system by the end of the year. The information will be the same as requested for FY 03. The JARC report is collected annually after the close of the federal fiscal year ending September 30, 2004. Grantees will be given a month to report the data once the system is posted. Grantees will be notified by email when the system is ready for use.

The following report to Congress was developed pursuant to a requirement in the TEA-21 legislation.  The report was delivered to Congress in May 2003 and analyzes the impact of the JARC program. The report to Congress is provided in two formats - the first link contains an edited version which is fully 508 compliant, while the second link is a more limited version in PDF form, containing a scanned image of the original document.
