The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation(OVR) is an agency created under a federal/state partnership to provide and facilitate direct services to people with disabilities in order to promote independent living, skills development and eventual employment (Title I).

Primary Objective

Persons with disabilities are among the most unemployed and underemployed people in our society.

Our primary objective is to help people with disabilities by preparing them to enter the world of work and achieve two goals:

• Suitable Employment
• Independent Living
