Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities

Welcome to the Mississippi Council on Developmental Disabilities (MSCDD)

The CDD is an appointed group of people designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and the community they live. We are not a direct service organization, but develop strategies to support systemic change for the people we advocate.

The Mississippi Department of Mental Health serves as our Designated State Agency (DSA). The CDD operates independently within the DSA, but receives much support to maintain the management of our operation.

Our office is on the 10th Floor of the Robert E. Lee State Office Building, 239 North Lamar Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201.

For more information about us please contact Edie Hayles, Executive Director at 601-359-1270 or email us at info@cdd.ms.gov
