Welcome to Aging Services!
The mission of Boulder County Aging Services Division is
to promote the health and well-being of older adults
by building on individual, family, and community strengths.
New!!
Network of Care for Seniors & People with
Disabilities is a web-based resource for older adults, adults with
disabilities, family caregivers and community service providers.
This online service directory includes information about food, housing,
health issues, in-home care and other useful resources.
By phone, call the Information & Assistance services:
303-441-1617 (Voice) or 303-441-3986 (TTY).
We like to think of it as "Any Door is the Right Door"
so that the public can access long-term supports and related services
that are seamless and barrier free.
Seniors & People with Disabilities is sponsored
by CONNECT!, a collaboration of agencies that include Boulder
County Aging Services, a Division of Community Services, Adult Care
Management, Inc., Center for People with Disabilities, Boulder Senior
Services, Longmont Senior Services, Louisville Senior Services,
Lafayette Senior Services and Boulder County Department of Housing &
Human Services. Some of the many consumer friendly features of
this site include large print, an online service directory, a library of
relevant articles and a legislative link to stay connected to pending
legislation that affects caregivers, older adults and adults with
disabilities. |
