For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2007, through
Sept. 30, 2008, the
conversion factors are as follows:
- for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030: $77.56;
- for pathology and laboratory services in part 5221.4040:
$64.77;
- for physical medicine and rehabilitation services in part
5221.4050: $67.24; and
- for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060: $55.85.
