Introduction

Although Treasury shares its Section 508 guidance with external entities, it is not a government-wide authority. Refer to the Federal government Section 508 web site, www.section508.gov, for information reviewed by an inter-agency steering committee responsible for the implementation of Section 508. In addition, consult with your General Counsel for specific advice and to ensure consistency with government-wide guidance. We invite comments from all parties about the guidance, although we will not be able to respond to all comments. Please contact Kevin Youel Page at Kevin.youel-page@do.treas.gov.
