Patient Advocacy Service

The Patient Advocacy Service (formerly the Patient Representative Office) is the liaison between patients, their families, and the medical center staff. The primary goal is to work out problems and concerns while protecting the rights of patients and maintaining their privacy and dignity. The office is also a source of information for patients and their family members. Through the Patient Representative's Office, patients and family members can voice concerns and exchange ideas and opinions.
