Southeast ADA Center (DBTAC)

This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

North Carolina Assistive Technology Program

Provides assistive technology services, including possible funding resources and strategies, to people of all ages and abilities throughout North Carolina.

North Carolina Exceptional Children Division Assistive Technology Program

Offers consultation to local education agencies about assistive technology devices and services to support quality educational programming for exceptional children, including definitions of assistive technology, regulations, evaluations, loan programs and organizations related to assistive technology.

North Carolina Partnerships in Assistive Technology

Works to increase knowledge about and access to assistive technology and information technology for North Carolinians with disabilities.

North Carolina Assistive Technology Funding Resources

Provides information on potential assistive technology funding resources for North Carolinians to pursue.

North Carolina Division of Services for the Blind - Technology Services

Information on services available to people in North Carolina who are blind or have a vision impairment. Services include help with adjustment to vision loss, assessment, training, job site evaluation, travel aids and equipment purchase.
