Secretary of Energy to Turn on Washington’s Largest Solar Energy Installation
 
WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, September 9, 2008, U.S. Secretary of Energy Samuel W. Bodman will deliver remarks at the kickoff for the largest solar power system in the Nation’s Capital, installed atop the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Forrestal Building in downtown Washington, DC.  The project will help DOE meet goals for use of renewable energy as part of DOE’s Transformational Energy Action Management (TEAM) Initiative, launched by Secretary Bodman last year.
