General Information

The American Citizen Services (ACS) unit of the Consular Section provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens resident or traveling in Togo.  

Hours of Operation:
Passport services (including additional pages), notarization services, and federal benefits services:  Monday - Thursday 13:30 – 15:30.

Questions related to citizen services should be sent via email to consularlome@state.gov.  We respond to all email inquiries within 48 hours.

U.S. Citizen Registration:   Register with the U.S. Embassy
