Guide to Federal ACH Payments and Collections

Between April and November 2007, the Financial Management Service worked to update the Green Book. All chapters have been revised, with the exception of Chapter 5, Reclamations. The Reclamations Chapter will be updated pending decisions regarding an automated ACH reclamations process. To make the Green Book easier to navigate and to facilitate downloading and printing, the revised chapters are now available in PDF format only.
