Currently we have about 1900 qualified applicants waiting for housing assistance. The average wait for applicants with preferences is about 18 months. Applicants may call our Waiting List Answer Line 24 hours a day, (505) 764-3989, to find out their position on the waiting list. Callers need to know their Social Security numbers to access their information.
