High School Coop Salary Structure
The rates below are effective October 1, 2007. New hire salaries and current student salary increases are based on completion of academic years in a degree program. This practice mirrors college academic progression.

Salary Increases
Salaries are based on level of education. You will receive a pay raise when:
- The salary structure has been revised and/or
- You have completed the additional schooling required to advance up the
salary structure as determined by the annual salary review process.
Salaries are based on the
number of credit hours completed and progression in an undergraduate or graduate program. It is
the student's responsibility to provide the Education Program Office with
the most up-to-date transcripts and documentation.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a high school senior
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Minimum 2.8 G.P.A. (unless school requires a higher G.P.A. to participate)
