Environmental Surveys
:

  • Compliance - Review installations and practices for compliance; provide feedback, training, and report; ensure budget requests reflect all corrective measures necessary.
  • Management Audits - Audit practices of management for consistency with environmental compliance objectives, decipher elements of risk, and track goals.
  • Site Assessment (Phase I and Phase II) - Perform surveys and compile required documentation for property transfers or sale; analyses arranged; interpretive results provided.
  • Risk Assessment - Conduct surveys to ascertain pathway of exposure and risk to the environment; analyses arranged; results provided.
  • Personal Property Environmental Assessment - Conduct surveys and compile documentation required for hazardous properties transfer or sale; samples and analyses may be required.
  • NEPA - Conduct surveys and report impact of federal activity (construction) on the environment.
  • Preliminary Assessments/Site Investigations - Conduct surveys and compile reports on suspected releases to the environment; negotiate mitigation with state and local governments.
Program Support
  • Program creation and technical oversight and assistance.
  • Customized training in accordance with unique compliance needs of the organization.
  • Interdisciplinary environmental review and advice on pollution prevention, minimization, regulatory interpretation, plan writing, notices of violation or consent decrees, excess personal property, real estate sales, engineering, contracting, and under ground storage tanks.
  • Conduct contract reviews for environmental requirements.
  • Conduct product reviews.
  • Advise on potentially responsible party (PRP) issues.
Compliance Plans

Guidance provided to bring installation and activities into compliance with required plans and permits. These include emergency planning, vessel spill response, hazardous waste management, PCB management, Clean Water Act discharge permits, storm water, recycling, drinking water testing, and hazardous waste storage and disposal.
