CDBS

  • Note 1: FCC 301, 302-FM, 303-S, 314, 315, 316, 318 319, 340, and 347 forms must be filed electronically. Paper versions of these forms will not be accepted for filing unless accompanied by an appropriate request for waiver of the electronic filing requirement.

    Note 2: EEO forms 395A and 395B and the Broadcast and Cable Initial Election Statement have been suspended by Commission Order FCC 01-34.

Call Sign Reservation and Authorization System (CSRS): On-Line Call Sign Reservation and Authorization System for Broadcast Radio and Television service call signs.


Children's Television

Children's Television (main): Electronically file FCC Form 398 and obtain information on children's television programming offered by broadcast television stations.

Electronic Filing for Cable Operators

Cable operators should obtain login names to submit the following filings online via the Cable Operations And Licensing System (COALS):

Additional filings for cable operators, such as CARS Assignments and Transfers, and CARS Modifications of license will become available online as they are ready. COALS also allows MVPDs and the public to view CARS licenses, registration data, and other filings held since 1994.
