The District is conducting a 30-day Public Comment period to comply with State law (Waters Bill) for the City of El Cerrito Community Center's proposed project (Permit Application Number 8338) to install a natural gas electrical engine. The plant is located at 501 Delaware Street, Fairfield. This Public Notice letter replaces any previously posted letters. This will extend the Public Notice period by 26 days from the Nov 12 letter.
