 The District is conducting a 30-day Public Comment period to comply with State law (Waters Bill) for ARCO Facility #9640's proposed project (Permit Application Number 5718) to increase a fuel throughput at a Gasoline Dispensing Facility. The plant is located at 3010 Union Ave., San Jose.
