The District is conducting a 30-day Public Comment period to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for Sandia National Laboratories' proposed Glass Furnace Combustion and Melting Lab Project (Permit Application Number 3107). The plant is located at 7011 East Avenue in Livermore.
