The legacy SDN data formats that were available in parallel
with the new SDN data formats from 12/06/2004 - 01/24/2005
are no longer available. This action has been taken in accordance
with OFAC's technical notice of 12/06/2004.
Users of these data should take note that the new SDN data
archive file names will remain as follows:
sdall.zip - Unix-ready fixed-width, and delimited files.
sdall.exe - 16-bit DOS self-extracting executable, fixed-width
and delimited files
sdallw32.exe - 32-bit Windows self-extracting executable,
fixed-width and delimited files.
