The OTI list includes those OTIs that have complied with Commission
regulatory requirements, as follows:

Ocean Freight Forwarder OTIs that have obtained a license and
submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility

NVOCC OTIs that have obtained a license, submitted the necessary
proof of financial responsibility and reported the publication of a tariff by
filing a current Form FMC-1

Non-US-based NVOCC OTIs that have submitted the necessary proof of
financial responsibility and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a
current Form FMC-1
PLEASE NOTE
1. OTIs that are licensed as both an NVOCC and a freight forwarder
will appear on both the NVOCC and freight forwarder lists.
2. Those NVOCC OTIs that do not have an active Form FMC-1 on file
with the Commission are not considered to be in compliance with the regulatory
requirements and therefore are not included on this list.
3. Please contact Commission staff should you have any questions or
if the name of the company you seek is not listed. This list will be
posted each week.
