Statutory Training Program Schedule Announced
Program now includes Advanced Training Course

The FLRA’s Office of the General Counsel is pleased to again present its Basic Statutory Training at no cost to participants and introduces a new Advanced Training Course. These programs are consistent with the commitment to offer training on rights and obligations under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute. The General Counsel, Colleen Duffy Kiko, believes that education is a valuable tool in promoting healthy labor-management relations in the federal sector. The statutory training programs will be presented on a quarterly basis throughout the country.
