CHAIRMAN ARTHUR LEVITT AND COMMISSIONER ISAAC C. HUNT, JR.
TO TESTIFY


     Washington, D.C., October 28, 1997 -- Chairman Levitt will
join Commissioner Isaac C. Hunt, Jr. in testifying before the
Senate Subcommittee on Securities on Wednesday, October 29, 1997,
at 10:00 a.m., concerning the Private Securities Litigation
Reform Act of 1995.  The testimony will be presented at a hearing
in Room 538 of Dirksen Senate Office Building.
