RESUMPTION OF NORMAL EDGAR PROCESSING



     Washington, D.C., March 25, 1997 -- As of this morning all
aspects of EDGAR processing were returned to normal.  The system
has been fully functional throughout the day on all primary
equipment.  Dissemination functions to both the Public Reference
Rooms as well as to EDGAR commercial information services have
operated normally.  SEC staff also have full system functionality.
