Americans with Disabilties Act: Re-charting the Course Reports

Reports to the President: Presidential Task Force on Employment of Adults with Disabilities

In accordance with Executive Order 13078, the Task Force submitted its first report to the President, Re-charting the Course, on November 15, 1998, and the second report, Re-charting the Course: If Not Now, When?, on November 15, 1999. The third report, Re-charting the Course: Turning Points, was submitted in December, 2000. The Task Force will submit its final report to the President on July 26, 2002, the 10th anniversary of the initial implementation of the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The reports describe the actions taken by, and progress of, the Task Force (including its members, committes, and staff) in carrying out the Executive Order.
