The purpose of this message is to remind the automated trade and 
               vendor communities that the 120 days referenced in the Executive 
               Announcement regarding Changes to 800 Dial-up Service dated 
               July 20, 2005 will conclude on November 17, 2005.  This 120-day 
               window has been allocated to the vendor community to provision for a 
               VPN interface for connectivity to all CBP automated systems. 
               After November 17, no new requests for RJE connectivity will be 
               granted.
