The 311 office is located at the City Hall Annex at 100 E. 11th Street, first floor, and is open from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday (except City holidays).  At any time the office is closed, an answering system is in place to respond to emergency requests only.  For non-emergency requests outside of office hours, you may use the links above to submit an online request or email 311.
