Rights-of-Way Permission for Telecommunications Projects

The Broadband Deployment Program supports the national goal for universal and affordable broadband internet access by 2007. It directs federal agencies to improve their rights-of-way management across federal lands, and allow broadband providers timely and cost-effective access to build out their networks.

To apply for rights-of-way access to land controlled or owned by the Department of Homeland Security, please complete the application process detailed on the Federal Rights-of-Way for Telecommunications Projects web site.
