The Integrated Coral Observing Network program is a partnership among three NOAA Line Organizations: NESDIS's Office of Research Applications (ORA), NMFS's Coral Reef Ecosystem Investigation (CREI) program, and OAR's ICON/CREWS and NURP-supported Caribbean Marine Research Center (CMRC).

The CRW program also maintains liaison with Australian colleagues under the Coral Reef Virtual Laboratory collaborative.
