ATP Competition
Update for 2006

On November 22, 2005, the President signed into law the Science, State, Justice, Commerce, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006 (Public Law 109-108), which includes funding for NIST. As part of the NIST appropriation, ATP received $79.8 million to fund mortgages of prior awards and administration of the program; however, it did not receive any funds for new awards.

Consequently, ATP will not hold a competition for funding high-risk R&D in fiscal year 2006.
