Council Description
This council is a member of the e South East Michigan Urban Area Security Initiative Citizen Corps Council.(SEMiUASI). This Council comprises of the City of Detroit and the counties of Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St.Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne. Monroe County is currently working on promotion and recruitment of trainers and team members.
